Before the campaign, student champions should wear safety vests and record safety belt use in the student parking lot using the provided checkboxes on the form. This establishes a baseline for campus safety belt usage. After campaign activities, repeat the survey to track changes. Comparing pre- and post-campaign results shows the impact of your efforts.
